Pumpkin carving

We got together with our great friends, the Jensens, for a night of pumpkin carving. In past years, we've attempted to get the twins to brave the innards of the pumpkin - and each year, we've been thwarted in our efforts to help them overcome the "eewww gross" of the project. Finally, they decided to man up and face the dirty job. A fabulous turning point. We all had a great evening.

Niles surprise party

This year I surprised Niles for his birthday and thru him a surprise party. We had all his close friends and family for the big shindig. For the main entertainment of the evening we divided into teams and played a team version of "Minute to win it". It was hilarious! I hope he enjoyed himself because the next party he's getting will involve canes and wheelchair races.

Tonight...

London starting wailing she had a stomach ache.... while holding a half eaten snickers bar in her hand. Needless to say, she didn't get much sympathy from me. One day I'm hoping she finds the documentation of this outburst as funny as I did.
