While the weather was cooperating last weekend we took the kids out for a bike ride. Soren loves riding and would do it rain or shine if we would let him. Lovey is still a work in progress. I wouldn't say that we had to force her to do it, but we were very persausive. She did it on the one condition that I wouldn't let go. We agreed and headed out on our adventure where we seemed to stop at every ground hog hole.....fascinating. By the end of the trip London was tricked (by me) into riding solo. She was very proud...for about 5 minutes, then wanted someone holding on again. It was a fun little adventure.

I don't know why but it seems so crazy that they are old enough for real bikes! We need to be more adventurous with Taylor. If you still want to go to the park this week we can go Thursday or Friday early afternoon. Let me know what you think.

Lovey and Soren...if you can read this...be CAREFUL!! If you're anything like your mother you'll be little terrors on those bikes! Whatever you do, don't tie someone to the back of it, no matter what they are riding on. And don't hold hands with your two best friends while riding around the block. While no major injuries were sustained in these acts 20 years ago, it was merely an act of God! Thank goodness you are wearing a helmet!

Oh, bike riding is so fun! Lovey will get the hang of it, the big bike still scares Madison too.
